The successful completion of any installation project depends on effective hands on control exercised from a single, clearly and wholly accountable defined source. Consequently each project is managed by our own in house Installation Service Department team and helpdesk.
Our Installation Service Department team co-ordinates communications between TeleConneXions Commercial Solutions and the customer so that the flow of information is unimpeded, accurate and free from confusion. Other responsibilities include the initial site survey, installation and cabling, network provision liaison, system programming, training, the timely delivery of equipment and the implementation of action at each schedule stage.
