Should you encounter difficulty with your equipment, you have direct access to our technical support and faults service control desk. Your phone call to our fault reception will allow us to log your fault details, where we shall attempt an immediate diagnosis.
Over 25% of our calls are cleared in this way. In the event that we are unable to clear the call at this first contact, your call is logged as a fault and allocated a number. We offer guaranteed response times in accordance with your contract and our standards are regularly checked by a quality governing body.
We are further able to clear many faults remotely; using remote diagnostics and system modems (where compatible) our service control desks are all able to access compatible systems in this way. Sometimes a visit from an engineer is required, and in this case, the time taken to respond and effect repair is closely monitored.
TeleConneXions offer simple Service Block Agreements. These are blocks of discounted labour hours to provide clients with ongoing IT support, as they require it. Clients can use their Service Block Agreements to address any IT issues they have e.g. troubleshooting, analysis, or implementation.
